Salesforce Administrator

Salary: £104,000 - 130,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Hands-on Apex development experience
• Expertise in Salesforce Flows
• Experience with integrations, APIs, and event-driven data updates
• Understanding of lead and opportunity management within Salesforce

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud
• Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and automation processes
• Develop custom functionality using Apex
• Manage data updates and integrations with external systems
• Support lead, opportunity, and case management processes
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver platform improvements

We are a well-known financial services company and pension provider seeking an experienced Salesforce Engineer / Administrator to support the ongoing development and optimisation of our Salesforce Service Cloud environment. This is a 6-month initial contract with scope for extension to June/July 2027, offering a day rate of £400-£500 outside IR35. The role is based in the South West with a mostly remote working arrangement, though occasional onsite attendance for meetings and workshops may be required. We are looking for someone available to start ASAP to late October who enjoys a blend of administration, development, and integration work in a fast-paced environment.
