Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance applications using Pega Platform.
• Build case types, stages, workflows, processes, business rules, and decision rules.
• Develop reusable components aligned to established Pega architecture and design patterns.
• Implement integrations using REST/SOAP services, APIs, connectors, and data pages.
• Develop user interfaces using Pega Constellation and related UX capabilities.
• Collaborate with Lead System Architects and Solution Architects to deliver technical designs.
• Analyse complex requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Undertake unit testing, debugging, and defect resolution.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, and performance-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with Pega guardrails, coding standards, and engineering best practice.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and technical assurance activities.
• Support automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and release activities.
• Optimise application performance and support production troubleshooting.
• Work with Business Analysts and Product Owners to refine requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Mentor junior Pega developers and support wider technical delivery activities.
• Contribute to estimations, sprint planning, and technical documentation.
• Support production releases, implementation activities, and hypercare.

We are offering a contract opportunity for an experienced Senior Pega Developer to support the delivery of complex enterprise applications using the Pega Platform. You will work closely with Lead System Architects, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality Pega solutions within a structured Agile environment. This is a remote working role with a rate of £550 per day, a contract length to be confirmed, and an inside IR35 status. We require active SC clearance and offer exposure to modern Pega technologies, including Constellation architecture, as part of complex enterprise-scale development initiatives.
