Responsibilities:

• We lead requirements gathering and analysis workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• We understand business processes, pain points and target outcomes.
• We analyse and document current-state and future-state business processes.
• We translate business requirements into Pega case types, stages, workflows, personas and business rules.
• We define user stories, acceptance criteria and functional requirements.
• We support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritisation.
• We work closely with Pega architects and development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented effectively.
• We contribute to solution design workshops and application design activities.
• We identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and simplification.
• We utilise Pega GenAI Blueprint where appropriate to support discovery, process modelling and application definition.
• We define personas, channels, data requirements and integration requirements.
• We facilitate stakeholder walkthroughs and gain agreement on proposed solutions.
• We maintain traceability between requirements, user stories, designs and delivered functionality.
• We support sprint planning, backlog refinement, demonstrations and retrospectives.
• We collaborate with testing teams on test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• We support UAT, defect triage and business validation activities.
• We assist with implementation, business readiness and transition into production.
• We produce clear business and functional documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle.

We are offering a remote contract opportunity for a Pega Business Architect on a Pega-based case management and workflow transformation programme. The day rate is £506 inside IR35, with contract length to be confirmed. We are working within an Agile environment and collaborating with Product Owners, business stakeholders, architects, developers and testing teams to deliver effective solutions. This role offers the opportunity to support a Pega transformation programme.
