Head of Digital Solutions & AI Enablement

Salary: £75,000 - 100,000 per year

We are Direct Tool Company, an established and growing B2B business supplying customers across automotive, aerospace, defence, marine and advanced manufacturing. We are looking for a commercially minded Head of Digital Solutions & AI Enablement to help us identify, develop and deliver practical technology solutions across our business. This is not a traditional IT role, and we are seeking someone who understands business and customers, and understands technology well enough to turn ideas into working solutions quickly. You will work closely with senior leadership and teams across the business, with significant freedom to identify opportunities, challenge existing ways of working and introduce better ones. This is an opportunity to work directly with decision-makers and have a visible impact on how we use technology. The role is based in person, with a salary of £75,000.00-£100,000.00 per year, and benefits include company events and on-site parking.
