Forward Deployed Engineer FDE Python AWS

Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience working directly with clients and taking ownership of bespoke development work
• Strong backend Python development skills, ideally including FastAPI
• Experience with AWS, including Amazon CDK
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles
• Full software development lifecycle experience and knowledge of modern software engineering best practices
• Good business acumen, with experience of working in start-ups or SMEs
• Proactive approach and willingness to contribute to the product
• Degree educated in Computer Science or a similar technical discipline
• Ideally, an active GitHub account and/or personal projects

• Collaborate closely with clients on bespoke projects end to end
• Build cloud-based applications and systems using Python and AWS
• Work independently and make technical decisions
• See the results of work quickly
• Take ownership of client-specific development work
