ERP Test Lead

Salary: £? - ? per year

Requirements:

• Experience performing a similar Test Lead role on a complex ERP or business change programme
• IFS programme experience, or experience on alternative ERP programmes
• Ability to shape the strategy for key test and acceptance phases of the programme
• Experience setting up and managing robust test tools such as Jira or similar
• Experience planning and coordinating test phases with clear entry and exit criteria
• Experience tracking test results, including pass/fail outcomes
• Experience logging, prioritising, and managing defects through to resolution, including re-test cycles
• Ability to produce appropriate metrics to communicate test phase and defect resolution progress

Responsibilities:

• Identify the scope, objectives, and levels necessary for the solution
• Ensure test coverage and efficiency throughout the programme
• Shape the strategy for functional testing, user acceptance testing, operational readiness testing, and performance or non-functional testing
• Coordinate the identification and management of test scenarios and test scripts
• Plan and coordinate test phases
• Track test results
• Ensure defects are logged, prioritised, managed through to resolution, and re-tested where needed
• Produce metrics to communicate programme progress on test phases and defect resolution

This is a 6-month contract role offered outside IR35, and we are looking for a Testing Lead to play a key role in ensuring strong test coverage and efficiency throughout the programme.
