Salary: £52,000 - 86,000 per year

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelors degree
• At least 6 years of experience
• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Mathematical Statistics, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics
• At least one of the following: certifications aligned to data engineering, machine learning, and cloud platforms, including AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or related data and AI credentials
• Demonstrated proficiency in AI implementation and machine learning libraries
• Experience utilizing complex data analysis and data modeling techniques
• Experience coaching and mentoring team members
• Experience embracing change and innovation in technology consulting
• Skills in neural networks and natural language processing

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI systems to transform raw data into actionable insights
• Lead teams in the development of scalable machine learning models and solutions
• Manage complex data analysis and integration to support AI-driven initiatives
• Utilize programming languages such as Python and Java to enhance AI model deployment
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of data pipelines and infrastructure

We offer a salary range of $99,000 - $232,000, eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus, and a wide range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more. This is a full-time role with travel requirements of up to 80%, and locations across many U.S. cities including New York, Raleigh, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, Seattle, Atlanta, and others.
