SAP 4 Hana Analytics Specialist
Job Description
Salary: £67,000 - 107,000 per year
Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or supply planning analytics.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with data visualization tools, especially Power BI.
- Proven experience supporting supply chain processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication and people-oriented skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of MRP systems and data management principles.
- Knowledge of process and discrete industries.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
- Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques including predictive modeling and machine learning.
- Support our Center of Excellence role for Process Technology planning.
- Develop Power BI-based reporting to support supply planning and execution in S4 Hana.
- Develop and maintain analytics dashboards and reports to support supply planning decision-making.
- Analyze supply planning data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, production, and logistics to align supply planning analytics with business objectives.
- Use advanced analytics tools and techniques to optimize supply planning processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and process enhancements.
- Provide ongoing support and training to stakeholders on analytics practices and tools.
- Monitor and report on data quality metrics, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
