Integration Specialist
Job Description
Salary: £42,000 - 82,000 per year
Requirements:- Integration or implementation project experience owning the delivery of HR and payroll integrations
- Client-facing experience handling queries and managing customer expectations while contributing to successful delivery of integration projects
- Excellent time management, administration skills, attention to detail, and proactiveness
- Relevant experience with HR/payroll integration systems at user or project level
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, or similar HCM systems and an understanding of XML data files is desirable
- Payroll or HCM knowledge is desirable
- Manage integration kick-off calls with clients to help them understand our integration technologies, configuration, testing processes, and go-live approaches
- Deliver successful integration projects and manage client integration calls, providing progress updates and status feedback
- Provide analysis, advice, and support to clients, the test team, and project managers on our architectures, integration processes, and test results during implementation of new integrations
- Drive coordination of CloudPay Now implementation deliverables, including integration, reports, and payslips, based on customer requirements and project plans
- Assist with detailed analysis and advice on integration test results during our scenario and parallel testing process prior to client sign-off and go-live decisions
- Manage client go-live approvals and support a smooth transition to production platforms and the hypercare period
- Act as second-level support for the operational team managing live interfaces
