iTrent/Business Objects Specialist

Salary: £65,000 - 105,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience creating Business Objects reports to a mid-to-high level of complexity.
• Mid-to-high proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for complex data manipulation and reconciliations.
• Practical experience supporting, configuring, and developing MHR iTrent software.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the creation, development, and automated scheduling of reporting via Business Objects.
• Perform detailed data analysis and reconciliations using advanced spreadsheet tools.
• Help implement configuration changes, process improvements, and system upgrades within iTrent.
• Manage user support tickets, system security, and functionality via Halo CRM.
• Improve data integration and process efficiency between HR software and other organisational systems.
• Liaise effectively with internal departmental teams and external software vendors.
