Salary: £80,000 - 120,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Experience leading and developing Project Managers.
  • A strong background delivering technology, infrastructure or operational change.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent BAU and project initiatives.
  • A hands-on, action-oriented approach to delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to improve delivery standards without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
  • A genuine passion for developing people and building a positive, high-performing team culture.
  • Experience working in organisations with a large, operationally focused workforce, such as retail, travel, hospitality, logistics or other multi-site environments.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead a small team of Project Managers and develop the PM community.
  • Drive a varied portfolio of technology and operational change.
  • Improve ways of working and ensure BAU and operational projects are delivered effectively.
  • Oversee projects across applications, infrastructure and workplace technology.
  • Support site and acquisition mobilisations, network and infrastructure deployment, technology lifecycle programmes and real estate-related technology change.
  • Work with the wider technology leadership team to assess new technology initiatives and turn them into practical, deliverable solutions.
  • Bring clarity, structure and momentum across a complex multi-business environment.
  • Navigate differing stakeholder priorities and challenge constructively when needed.

We are a leading travel organisation offering a hands-on, delivery-focused Project Management Practice Lead opportunity. This is a 2-year FTC with scope to extend or go permanent, based onsite in London. The role offers up to £120k plus a 10% bonus and benefits.
