Job Description

Salary: £35,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements:
  • We require 12+ years of experience.
  • We require a bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • We require proven experience deploying and managing Dynatrace in a professional setting.
  • We require a strong background in application performance monitoring and management.
  • We require experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • We require extensive experience deploying and managing solutions across complex global environments.
  • We require proficiency in Dynatrace configuration and administration.
  • We require strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • We require excellent communication, collaboration, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • We require familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Shell scripting as a plus.
  • We require an understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and application development processes.
  • We require experience working with remote technical teams and resources.
  • We require Dynatrace Certified Associate or Dynatrace Certified Professional certification as preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • We deploy, configure, and maintain Dynatrace solutions to ensure optimal performance and visibility into applications and infrastructure.
  • We collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to design scalable and resilient monitoring solutions.
  • We identify infrastructure, application, and business requirements for monitoring and design Dynatrace monitoring solutions.
  • We work with technical teams and stakeholder leadership to define scope and partner on rollout of solutions.
  • We deploy and configure Dynatrace across development, testing, and production environments.
  • We integrate Dynatrace with existing systems and applications and customize settings to meet specific needs.
  • We set up monitoring for applications, services, and infrastructure, including dashboards, alerts, and reports.
  • We analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and potential issues.
  • We provide technical support for Dynatrace-related issues and troubleshoot with support from SMEs as needed.
  • We collaborate with development, operations, and support teams to resolve performance issues and conduct root cause analysis.
  • We develop and implement best practices to improve the effective use of Dynatrace.
  • We optimize monitoring configurations and settings for improved performance and efficiency.
  • We stay current with Dynatrace features and updates and incorporate them into the monitoring strategy.
  • We document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
  • We conduct training and enablement sessions, create user guides and manuals, and deliver demos for customers.
  • We ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
  • We support continuous improvement, innovation, strategic planning, and roadmap development.
  • We may provide occasional on-call support for critical issues.
