Salary: £65,000 - 105,000 per year

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • We are responsible for developing, supporting, and maintaining our core Workday HR system while delivering excellent customer service to colleagues worldwide.
  • We act as subject matter experts in Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules, working closely with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement of functionality and business processes in line with our business strategy and Workday best practice.
  • We lead the implementation of configuration changes, coordinating the end-to-end process including requirement capture, design, testing, training, and documentation.
  • We work closely with the business on all Workday release items and continuous improvement, understanding requirements, supporting solution design, and helping communicate and train on changes.
  • We contribute to strategic Workday roadmap planning, recommending feature adoption and roadmap priorities in partnership with the business.
  • We maintain system integrity, security, and configuration standards and contribute to our Workday governance processes.
  • We lead Workday projects and manage module enhancements from design through to deployment, ensuring delivery on time and to agreed standards.
  • We collaborate with internal teams and implementation partners.
  • We support change management and user adoption activities.
  • We maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance with our policies and relevant legislation.
  • We mentor junior analysts and admins and act as an escalation point for complex issues.
