IT Support

Salary: £60,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Technical Support role working with Aramco
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users
• A proactive problem-solver with a customer-focused approach
• Experience with remote desktop support tools and ticketing systems
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and IT security best practices
• Previous experience within the Oil & Gas sector
• Previous Saudi Aramco project or operational experience is highly desirable, and candidates with Aramco exposure will be prioritised

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line IT support across hardware, software and user-related issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents efficiently
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support to end users
• Log, track and manage support tickets through to resolution
• Escalate complex issues to specialist teams where required
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and solutions
