Configuration Specialist

Salary: £30,000 - 32,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of SQL and database structures.
• A proactive, inquisitive attitude with a drive to take ownership of complex issues until resolved.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and multitask across multiple project workflows.
• Experience working within project delivery teams or alongside Project Managers is desirable.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations, or data migration tasks is desirable.
• Knowledge of or background in the parking compliance, enforcement, or mobility sectors is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Build and configure test and live environments using manual tools and SQL scripts based on requirements captured by Implementation Consultants.
• Rigorously test and approve system builds prior to releasing features and updates to clients.
• Support customers through go-live, floorwalking, initial user queries, adoption reviews, and post-launch troubleshooting.
• Identify, reproduce, and resolve technical issues during setup and early adoption phases.
• Maintain implementation documentation, toolkit guides, and best-practice setup workflows to continuously speed up deployment times.
