Job Description

Salary: £95,000 - 130,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Oracle ERP delivery experience, with practical experience managing delivery activities across Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion Cloud programmes
  • Project management and delivery control skills, including managing plans, risks, issues, dependencies, actions, scope, resources and budgets across complex workstreams
  • Stakeholder and client management experience, with confidence working with client stakeholders, delivery teams and third parties
  • Ability to manage expectations, communicate clearly, and escalate issues appropriately
  • Practical understanding of at least one delivery methodology such as Activate, Waterfall, or Agile
  • Practical experience and understanding of at least a few phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Practical understanding of AI and Generative AI capabilities, with the ability to identify and shape opportunities to apply AI across all phases of project delivery
  • Ability to travel when essential
  • Willingness to obtain UK security clearance or existing UK security clearance
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud modules such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, or Payroll
  • Relevant Oracle certifications are beneficial but not essential
  • Experience applying AI-enabled tools, automation, and data-driven techniques to improve test design, execution, reporting, risk identification, and defect prediction
  • Programme management skills and practical experience with methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, or Waterfall
  • Experience in a consulting environment
  • Oracle certifications in Finance, P2P, Supply Chain, or other core Oracle products
Responsibilities:
  • Shape and deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion delivery strategies
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and accelerators to improve test design, automation, defect prediction, reporting, and delivery efficiency
  • Work with senior client stakeholders, cross-functional delivery teams, and Oracle specialists
  • Ensure quality is embedded throughout large-scale transformation programmes
  • Work on large-scale Oracle projects
  • Collaborate directly with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Build strong client relationships
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communications
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Delivery Services practice
