- We design scalable, resilient, and upgrade-safe solutions across ServiceNow workflows, data models, CMDB, integrations, and the wider technology landscape.
- We apply and improve architecture governance, design standards, quality gates, and technical acceptance criteria across Deloitte, client, and third-party delivery teams.
- We evaluate solution options and technical trade-offs, balancing public value, accessibility, user experience, performance, scalability, maintainability, cost, and risk.
- We provide hands-on technical leadership through architecture and design reviews, development guidance, code assurance, and resolution of complex delivery issues.
- We build trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders, clearly explaining technical options, implications, decisions, and expected transformation value.
