Scrum Master & PMO Lead

Salary: £58,000 - 98,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience leading Agile delivery practices across multiple workstreams
• Experience acting as a Scrum Master and/or PMO lead
• Experience with portfolio governance, delivery reporting, risks, dependencies and planning
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to coach teams on Agile principles and best practice
• Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-moving team environment
• Ability to provide clear delivery insight and support decision-making at Director level

Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile delivery practices and portfolio governance across multiple AI, automation and digital skills workstreams
• Turn strategic priorities into clear, trackable and well-executed delivery plans
• Maintain visibility of progress, risks, dependencies and blockers
• Remove delivery impediments and keep momentum across workstreams
• Ensure delivery accountability sits with owners while providing coordination and support
• Provide high-quality insight to support prioritisation and decision-making at Director level
• Embed Agile ways of working to improve team effectiveness, collaboration and delivery predictability
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, delivery metrics and coaching
• Establish consistent portfolio governance, reporting and delivery management standards
• Provide accurate reporting, planning and governance oversight across the portfolio
• Facilitate Agile delivery across multiple workstreams and lead Scrum ceremonies
• Coach and support teams on Agile principles and best practice
• Support Product Owners in maintaining prioritised, well-defined backlogs
• Monitor Agile delivery metrics and use insights to improve delivery
• Own and continuously improve portfolio governance processes and reporting
• Maintain portfolio roadmaps, milestones and delivery plans
• Establish and manage RAID management standards and processes
• Manage cross-team dependencies and support timely resolution of risks and issues
• Track portfolio health, delivery performance, resource utilisation and capacity
• Produce governance reporting for leadership
• Coordinate portfolio planning, prioritisation and governance review cycles
• Track actions, decisions and agreed outcomes through to completion
