Salary: £39,000 - 79,000 per year

Requirements:
  • We need subject matter expertise in SharePoint Online, with experience delivering development projects end-to-end.
  • We need expert-level TypeScript and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) skills, including strong debugging and problem-solving capability.
  • We need strong experience integrating with Microsoft Graph APIs, SharePoint page and web part models, PnP Core, PnP PowerShell and site templating.
  • We need strong SharePoint search and term store knowledge, including managed and crawled properties, search queries, search web parts, term groups, term sets and terms.
  • We need hands-on PowerShell experience using native Microsoft cmdlets and PnP PowerShell for administration, migration and automation.
  • We need experience designing and developing AI-enabled applications using Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI.
  • We need strong Azure PaaS development experience, including Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Logic Apps, APIs, managed identities and integration patterns.
  • We need strong capability in .NET Core and C# using currently supported versions.
  • We need experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform and/or Bicep for repeatable Azure deployments.
  • We need excellent written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, presentations and client-facing discussions.
  • We need experience estimating work, producing technical documentation and working within agile delivery.
  • We need familiarity with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub for work item tracking, source control practices and ideally automated build pipelines.
  • This role may require Security Clearance (SC) once in role, and we will ask applicants to confirm British passport status and 5 years residency in the UK when applying.
Responsibilities:
  • We lead or significantly contribute to the design and delivery of production Microsoft 365, Azure and AI-enabled solutions.
  • We build repeatable, secure cloud deployments using infrastructure as code and appropriate DevOps practices.
  • We develop integration and automation workflows using Logic Apps, Azure Functions, APIs and managed identity-based access patterns.
  • We support team capability through mentoring, knowledge sharing, internal presentations or blog posts.
  • We stay current with emerging Microsoft 365, Azure, responsible AI and cloud development practices.
