Solution Architect - Salesforce CMT

Salary: £50,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Salesforce core offerings, including Agentforce Sales, Revenue Management, Service, and Data 360.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance, thought leadership, and best practice to drive tangible outcomes.
• Proven hands-on experience leading technical engagements through architecting, designing, building, and delivering integrated solutions on Salesforce.
• Experience addressing key architecture concerns such as scalability, performance, security, and availability in the context of Salesforce.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and management skills.
• Background in consulting or leading teams.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, applicable Accredited Professional Certifications, or Agentforce Specialist.
• Software & Platforms/High-Tech-specific knowledge and experience leveraging leading Salesforce and ecosystem industry solutions.
• Ability to understand and articulate how Agentforce and AI are affecting the industry and how AI has been used to deliver value.
• Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or equivalent industry Architect certifications.
• Active Salesforce community participation and contributions.

Responsibilities:

• Clearly articulate solutions to senior stakeholders and demonstrate effective objective handling.
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions using core product offerings such as Agentforce Sales, Agentforce Revenue Management, Agentforce Service, and Data360.
• Lead client stakeholders to gather processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop leadership and consulting skills while delivering Salesforce at scale to deliver measurable client value.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Stay informed about the latest Salesforce features and updates by engaging with Salesforce.
• Gain additional skills in solutioning, project management, and client engagement through practical experience and training.
• Embed AI into solution thinking when building industry solutions.
• Operate as a solution architect in a pre-sales environment, including solution shaping and delivery estimation and planning.
