SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

Salary: £64,000 - 104,000 per year

Requirements:

• 6+ years experience in Irish Payroll
• Strong SAP HCM Payroll / SAP Payroll experience
• Strong understanding of Irish payroll legislation and statutory compliance
• Experience working closely with software engineers and development teams
• Strong customer-facing experience
• Experience working within international teams

Responsibilities:

• Define and document Irish Payroll business and statutory requirements
• Provide functional guidance to development and engineering teams
• Create and validate Irish Payroll scenarios
• Support the design and review of payroll functionality
• Ensure solutions remain aligned with Irish legislation
• Lead and coordinate functional and integration testing
• Support payroll developments and legal changes
• Engage directly with Irish customers and key customer groups
• Work collaboratively with international, virtual teams
