IdAM Analyst
Job Description
Salary: £40,000 - 40,000 per year
Requirements:- Excellent standards of communication at all levels, both written and verbal.
- High level of attention to detail and organisation.
- Ability to work in a small, autonomous team.
- Technically competent and able to pick up new technologies quickly.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in a high-responsibility role.
- Knowledge and exposure to Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence is desirable.
- Familiarity with common authentication stacks and their management, including Active Directory, IPA, relation databases, and AWS IAM is desirable.
- Experience of working in a financial institution is desirable.
- Administer the creation, change, disablement, and removal of all staff and customer access to systems within PPS, whether sensitive or non-sensitive.
- Maintain a full audit trail of actions performed, by whom, and when to enable accountability through audit.
- Assist the business in the administration of the RBAC matrix by adjusting existing processes to accommodate new, changed, or removed job roles to ensure no drift takes place.
- Maintain a suite of standards via documentation, with regular review and approvals to ensure governance and working practices are kept up to date.
- Proactively communicate issues and problems to ensure no bottlenecks, technical debt, or risks are introduced into the IdAM function.
