D365 Power Platform Support Consultant

Salary: £40,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Previous experience in a support or consultancy environment.
• Experience supporting Power Platform.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• A proactive approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st/2nd line support across Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues within agreed SLAs.
• Work with customers to understand and troubleshoot problems.
• Support solutions across the wider Power Platform.
• Liaise with internal consultants and technical teams where required.

This is a fully remote role based in the UK, offering up to £40,000, private healthcare, 2 paid volunteer days, and excellent development opportunities.
