Salesforce Architect

Salary: £26,000 - 54,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or Senior Salesforce Engineer
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and best-practice architecture
• Experience with Salesforce Field Service
• Exposure to Agentforce or Salesforce AI-driven technologies
• Salesforce certifications, with architect-level certifications highly desirable
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Strong stakeholder engagement and technical leadership skills
• Passion for mentoring and developing technical teams
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, governance, and development of our Salesforce ecosystem
• Own our Salesforce architecture roadmap and technical strategy
• Design scalable and secure enterprise solutions across Salesforce clouds
• Provide architectural guidance and governance to development teams
• Lead implementation and optimisation of Salesforce Field Service capabilities
• Support the introduction and adoption of Agentforce
• Drive integration with Microsoft 365 and other enterprise systems
• Improve case management, workflow automation, and resource allocation processes
• Mentor Salesforce engineers and developers to strengthen technical capability across the function
