Technical Team Lead .NET React

Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong experience with C#, .NET, React, and Azure
• Ideally experience building and scaling B2B SaaS platforms
• Strong understanding of APIs, cloud architecture, and integrations
• Proven experience leading or mentoring engineers
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve the technical architecture across a modern SaaS platform
• Stay hands-on with coding, code reviews, and technical decision-making
• Lead and mentor a growing engineering team
• Drive scalability, performance, security, and reliability
• Work closely with Product to turn the roadmap into scalable solutions
