Quality Engineer - London

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of UK residency and eligibility for SC Clearance
• Performance testing experience
• Hands-on experience with Cucumber
• Strong Java capability
• Experience using JIRA
• Experience using Confluence
• Desirable: JMeter
• Desirable: AWS tooling

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business analysts to understand and interpret client requirements
• Define, prepare and execute appropriate test scenarios
• Support and enhance testing across the Customs Declaration Service application
• Contribute to performance testing activity within a complex systems integration environment
• Use Cucumber and Java as part of the test engineering approach
• Manage and document testing activity using JIRA and Confluence
• Collaborate effectively with the wider delivery team across bespoke, COTS and AWS-hosted components

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join one of our local clients on a remote basis. This is an inside IR35 contract role paying £310 per day, and the successful candidate must be eligible for SC Clearance.
