IT WMS Support Analyst

Salary: £34,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or ERP systems.
• Understanding of warehouse operations and distribution environments.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer or user support.
• SQL reporting and query-writing skills.
• Strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to build effective relationships with users at all levels.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on outstanding service and continuous improvement.
• Experience with iReports, RDT device support, ODBC reporting in Microsoft Excel, Oracle APEX, RedPrairie/Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS, PowerShell or other scripting languages, PL/SQL, or warehouse automation systems is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for Warehouse Management System (WMS) queries and issues.
• Collaborate with operational teams to assess requirements and identify productivity improvements.
• Work with system users to develop practical, supportable solutions.
• Support a range of business-critical systems alongside the wider systems team.
• Test and implement new processes, integrations, and third-party interfaces, including carrier systems.
• Deliver user training on systems and business processes.
• Manage system updates, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
• Document processes and create user guides where required.
• Support occasional out-of-hours system changes and business-critical operations when needed.

This is a full-time role with a Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm schedule and a salary of £35,000 DOE.
