Head of Data Governance

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for an experienced data governance leader with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-wide governance in alignment with data management frameworks.
• We need significant experience leading data governance functions at an organisational level.
• We require experience establishing data ownership, stewardship and accountability structures.
• You must be eligible to work in the UK.
• You must reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
• We cannot offer visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:

• We will lead the development and implementation of our enterprise-wide Data Governance framework.
• We will shape and mature our enterprise data governance capabilities within a complex organisation.
• We will influence strategic decision-making and drive meaningful organisational change.
• We will ensure data is leveraged as a trusted and valuable business asset.
• We will establish and embed governance and accountability frameworks.
• We will support regulatory compliance and reduce risk through effective data controls.
• We will ensure critical data is governed effectively throughout its lifecycle.
• We will support operational excellence, informed decision-making and the delivery of our business strategy.
