Performance Analyst

Requirements:

• We are looking for an experienced Performance Analyst, Digital Analyst, Insight Analyst, or someone with a similar background.
• You have strong analytical skills and can interpret complex datasets to make meaningful recommendations.
• You have experience designing and implementing performance measurement frameworks.
• You have strong data preparation, validation, cleansing, and quality assurance skills.
• You can create clear reports, dashboards, and visualisations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• You have experience using quantitative and qualitative data to understand user behaviour and service performance.
• You have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• You can work independently in a fast-paced delivery environment.
• Experience in the public sector, healthcare, NHS, or other regulated environments is highly desirable.

We are a leading technology consultancy supporting a major NHS digital programme. This is a 6-month contract role, offered on a predominantly remote basis with occasional travel to London. The position is inside IR35 and offers a rate of £465 per day. You will join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and have the opportunity to contribute to a high-profile public sector service focused on improving outcomes for users.
