Data Analyst

Salary: £58,000 - 98,000 per year

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of commercial experience in a Data Analyst or similar role, working with large, complex datasets.
• Demonstrated experience owning analytical projects from requirement gathering through to delivery and stakeholder presentation.
• A curious, questioning approach that challenges assumptions and uses logical processes to find actionable insight.
• A rigorous approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail, helping us diagnose root causes and recommend the right solutions.
• Experience producing high-quality reporting with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and querying and wrangling data with SQL.
• The ability to break complex concepts into clear explanations for technical and non-technical audiences, with the energy to support an inclusive team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of our business, gather requirements, and create innovative analytical solutions that meet complex business needs.
• Create insightful data visualisations in Tableau for reports and deliverables.
• Adapt to changes in the data landscape, identify root causes of issues, and find efficient solutions to improve the robustness of our data processes.
• Support fellow data teams through collaboration and clear communication.
• Apply a continuous learning approach to improve methods and expand perspectives.
• Support team members and help our team achieve more together.
• Contribute ideas to help shape the teams direction and support ongoing workstreams.
• Build solutions, test data outputs, and answer business questions as part of project delivery.
