IT Support - Education

Salary: £28,000 - 32,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require experience supporting and administering Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365.
• We require experience supporting and administering Microsoft Server 2019 or 2022.
• We require experience with wired and wireless networks, firewalls, and content filters.
• We require experience supporting PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and audio-visual systems.
• We require experience with Intune.
• We require a clear and logical thinker with a quality approach to customer service.
• We require strong communication skills and excellent social skills.

Responsibilities:

• We resolve all user support issues.
• We administer the schools network and IT systems.
• We keep teaching and support staff up to date on the progress of issue resolution.
