3rd Line Support Engineer

Salary: £40,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require a minimum of 5 years experience in IT support or a service function, including experience in a 3rd Line Support position.
• We require ERP management capability, ideally with COINS or NetSuite.
• We require technical expertise in server maintenance (Windows 2012 to 2016), backups (Veeam), and network infrastructure.
• We require strong knowledge of Microsoft environments, including Office, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Exchange.
• We are looking for a confident, customer-focused problem solver with excellent communication skills.
• We require a full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to sites.
• We require eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities:

• We provide support across hardware, software, phones, mobiles, and specialist systems.
• We manage helpdesk enquiries, escalating where needed and seeing issues through to resolution.
• We support servers, including Windows 2012/2016, Exchange 365, backups using Veeam, and network infrastructure.
• We set up new sites, accounts, and mobile devices.
• We maintain IT documentation and ensure smooth daily operations.
• We play a key role in keeping our systems running smoothly and supporting business-critical projects, including network refreshes, ERP implementation, on-premise to cloud transformation, and the integration of a new ticketing system.
