SAP Business Analyst

Salary: £55,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for a Junior to Mid-Level SAP Business Analyst with 1-4 years experience as an SAP Business Analyst, SAP Support Analyst or Key User involved in ERP implementations.
• We would value exposure to SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM or SD.
• You should have experience supporting any stage of an ERP or SAP implementation project, including requirements gathering, testing or data migration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to communicate effectively across the business.
• A degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Supply Chain or a related discipline, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or SAP certifications would be advantageous, but is not essential.
• We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, proactive and keen to develop within a collaborative project environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of a brand-new SAP S/4HANA system across the business.
• Work with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Map current AS-IS processes and help define future TO-BE SAP processes.
• Support business change activities, including documenting impacts and assisting with communications and training.
• Assist with data cleansing, validation and migration from legacy systems into SAP.
• Create Business Requirement Documents for development and configuration teams.
• Support minor SAP configuration and system enhancements alongside senior consultants.
• Write and execute System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing scripts.
• Log and track system issues through to resolution.
• Produce user guides, training documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Deliver end-user training and support colleagues during system go-live and hypercare.
