OpenShift Support Consultant
Job Description
Salary: £70,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements:- 5 years of OpenShift experience
- UK-based Security Check (SC Clearance) desirable; SC Clearance eligibility essential
- Experience of working in an ITIL-based application support role
- Excellent communication skills
- Provide in-house expertise and be hands on in the ongoing management of the OpenShift environment
- Participate in requirements gathering and estimate effort for new enhancements and developments utilising OpenShift
- Manage tickets in line with ITIL policies and procedures
- Communicate with customers
- Work alongside a team of experienced Java developers, database teams, and infrastructure support teams to deliver application support to our customers
