Lab Engineer

Salary: £36,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• We need experience with End User Computing and Desktop Support.
• We need strong knowledge of Active Directory and Windows environments.
• We need hands-on hardware, software, and network troubleshooting skills.
• We need understanding of IP networking, subnetting, and the OSI model.
• We need experience working in IT/OT environments.
• We need familiarity with GxP and regulated laboratory environments.
• We need experience using ServiceNow.
• We need knowledge of endpoint security and device imaging.
• Experience in Life Sciences, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated environments would be highly beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• We support laboratory systems and critical laboratory infrastructure.
• We onboard and secure new devices.
• We troubleshoot scientific equipment connectivity.
• We manage incidents and help maintain efficient laboratory operations.
• We work closely with scientists to ensure laboratory systems and operations run effectively.
