Lab Engineer
Job Description
Salary: £36,000 - 60,000 per year
Requirements:- We need experience with End User Computing and Desktop Support.
- We need strong knowledge of Active Directory and Windows environments.
- We need hands-on hardware, software, and network troubleshooting skills.
- We need understanding of IP networking, subnetting, and the OSI model.
- We need experience working in IT/OT environments.
- We need familiarity with GxP and regulated laboratory environments.
- We need experience using ServiceNow.
- We need knowledge of endpoint security and device imaging.
- Experience in Life Sciences, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated environments would be highly beneficial.
- We support laboratory systems and critical laboratory infrastructure.
- We onboard and secure new devices.
- We troubleshoot scientific equipment connectivity.
- We manage incidents and help maintain efficient laboratory operations.
- We work closely with scientists to ensure laboratory systems and operations run effectively.
