SAP Support Analyst

Salary: £40,000 - 50,000 per year

• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for SAP systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Triage SAP-related issues or errors.
• Collaborate with teams to optimise SAP processes and functionality.
• Monitor system performance and suggest improvements where necessary.
• Assist in the implementation of SAP updates and new modules.
• Document system changes and maintain accurate records.
• Offer training and guidance to users on SAP functionalities.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align SAP solutions with business objectives.
