Principal Cloud Architect - GCP

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience designing and migrating complex, production-grade cloud deployments on GCP
• Strong knowledge of container technologies, including GKE and Kubernetes
• Programming experience in Python, Java, and SQL is a plus
• Background in solution and cloud architecture
• Experience working across machine learning, analytics, and data migration projects

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement large-scale big data cloud architectures
• Own projects end to end from conception to completion
• Work with production-grade cloud technologies across data, security, and networking
• Use container technologies effectively in projects
• Develop scalable, high-performance code in Python, Java, and SQL
• Deliver scalable, robust, high-performing solutions for enterprise clients
• Provide technical pre-sales support and champion innovative proposals
• Engage with customers and prospects to provide pre- and post-sales architectural advice and thought leadership
