IT Support Engineer

Salary: £30,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• We need experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac endpoint devices, with a focus on troubleshooting and user productivity.
• We need proficiency in Microsoft 365 support and administration, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
• We need experience managing Azure resources such as Azure Session Desktops and Azure Files.
• We need Windows Server administration experience, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, and DNS.
• We need a solid understanding of network infrastructure, including DNS, Wi-Fi, VLANs, and VPNs, with the ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues.

Responsibilities:

• We provide on-site and remote IT support, including regular visits to client sites.
• We handle escalated tickets and resolve issues within contracted service levels.
• We troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related problems.
• We coordinate with third-line engineers and external vendors to resolve complex issues.
