IT Service Desk Agent

Requirements:

• Experience in a busy service desk environment.
• Familiarity with ConnectWise Manage is desirable.
• Proficiency in using remote support tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Strong understanding of IT and numeracy skills to accurately update service desk software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
• Ability to set up, adjust, and maintain technical equipment as required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line remote support via telephone and remote tools, following established processes.
• Handle service desk inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Conduct site visits when necessary to resolve technical issues.
• Use our knowledge of Windows operating systems, M365 products, and relevant software applications to assist users effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding service and support.
• Prioritise workloads to meet peak demands and ensure timely resolutions.
