Integrations Engineering Lead

Salary: £85,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• 6+ years in integration/API engineering
• Azure code written within the last 12 months
• Proven experience leading a team across both MuleSoft and Azure
• Real migration experience
• Ability to write clean pull requests and clear architecture decision records

Responsibilities:

• Own the integrations architecture for a SaaS estate spanning Workday, Oracle Symphony, NetSuite, ecommerce, and more
• Lead the MuleSoft-to-Azure migration end to end on a real timeline without disrupting the business
• Line-manage 3-4 integration engineers, including one-to-ones and team development
• Personally deliver the hardest and highest-risk builds in code
• Act as the person who makes key MuleSoft-to-Azure decisions properly

We are hiring a Lead Integrations Engineer for a major consumer brand based in Manchester city centre on a hybrid schedule of three days a week in the office. This is a hands-on leadership role where we are retiring a MuleSoft Anypoint estate and moving to Azure using APIM, Logic Apps, Function Apps, Service Bus, and Event Grid. We offer a £100,000 base salary plus a 10% bonus, private medical, pension, and other brand perks. No sponsorship is available for this role.
