Technical Support Engineer

Salary: £24,420 - 28,800 per year

Requirements:

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• The ability to remain calm, methodical, and focused under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to explain technical issues clearly to customers.
• A hands-on approach and willingness to support both remotely and on-site.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert remote technical support for a range of AV and IT systems.
• Act as an escalation point for technical issues, supporting customers through our 1st to 3rd line support process.
• Handle support calls, log and manage tickets through our CRM system.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical faults across hardware, software, and networked systems.
• Work closely with Engineering and Development teams to investigate and resolve advanced technical issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and support guides.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Occasionally travel to customer locations to resolve critical incidents and provide hands-on support.
