Requirements:

• We require active SC Security Clearance.
• We require strong hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services.
• We require hands-on experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and release management.
• We require a strong understanding of CI/CD principles and deployment automation.
• We require experience with Git-based version control systems.
• We require hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Bicep, Terraform, and ARM Templates.
• We require experience supporting cloud environments within a regulated Azure ecosystem.
• We require experience with Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) is beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• We support the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure, scalable, and automated cloud environments within our Azure ecosystem.
• We work closely with Lead Developers, DevOps Leads, Architects, and Testers to enable efficient software delivery.
• We develop, maintain, and support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git-based workflows.
• We implement and manage Infrastructure as Code solutions.
• We automate build, deployment, and environment provisioning processes.
• We troubleshoot and monitor tools within Azure environments.
• We configure and maintain Azure cloud resources across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments.
• We assist in implementing containerized solutions using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• We drive operational excellence, deployment reliability, and continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.

We are offering a 3 to 6 month hybrid contract based in Taunton, with remote working primarily from home and travel to our Taunton office typically around three times per month. This is an opportunity to work on a large-scale Government project as part of a leading global IT transformation initiative. The contract is paying up to £500 per day outside IR35, with an expected start as soon as possible during Summer 2026.
