Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect within large, complex enterprise environments
• Experience within the water/utilities sector
• Strong track record delivering architecture artefacts (HLD, DLD, SADA)
• Expertise in integration architecture across SAP, data platforms, and enterprise systems
• Experience defining and governing solution architecture aligned to organisational standards and technology strategy
• Ability to collaborate with vendors, architecture teams, and cross-functional stakeholders (Security, Data, ERP)
• Familiarity with architectural governance processes and systems integration frameworks
• Exposure to GIS integrations and data lake architectures
• Experience with asset management or capital investment systems

Responsibilities:

• Support a key programme during procurement and delivery phases
• Define and govern solution architecture aligned to organisational standards and technology strategy
• Deliver architecture artefacts including HLD, DLD, and SADA
• Collaborate with vendors, architecture teams, and cross-functional stakeholders such as Security, Data, and ERP
• Work across integration architecture involving SAP, data platforms, and enterprise systems
• Contribute to architectural governance processes and systems integration frameworks

We are a well-known consultancy seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support a key programme during procurement and delivery phases. This is a UK remote role, initially for 2 months, with a day rate of up to £550 inside IR35. The position offers the opportunity to work across SAP, GIS, and data integration within a complex enterprise environment.
