Business Analysis Manager

Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for a relevant qualification or equivalent experience, such as a BCS BA Diploma, HNC, PRINCE2 Foundation, or a Computer Science degree.
• We want experience delivering within a large or complex organisation.
• We want experience working in a Business Analysis environment.
• We want experience leading and supporting teams.
• We require applicants to meet baseline personnel security standards.
• Some roles may require higher levels of National Security Vetting, which can require 5 to 10 years of continuous UK residency depending on the level needed.

Responsibilities:

• We lead the delivery of business requirements and change activity across the Digital Business Value Stream.
• We support business areas including Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, and Project Management.
• We oversee a portfolio of complex programmes and projects.
• We lead a Business Analysis team that supports successful delivery across the business.
• We plan, deliver, and evaluate information and communication systems services, ensuring the right resources and support are in place.
• We manage and support a team of Business Analysts to drive effective delivery across the wider portfolio.
• We apply and develop business analysis methods, tools, and techniques across agile and plan-driven delivery environments.
• We support estimating, planning, and budgeting activities.
• We monitor and improve service performance across the portfolio.
• We support the development and growth of teams through ongoing guidance and capability building.
