ServiceNow Technical Architect - London

Salary: £50,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:

• Expert knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow in Development & Technical Architecture capacity
• Certified Technical Architect and ambition to do Certified Master Architect if not completed already
• Minimum of 5 years leading teams of ServiceNow Developers as a technical manager and mentor by implementing quality standards such as code and architectural reviews
• Minimum 5+ ServiceNow CIS certifications
• Experience in 3 product lines outside of ITSM (e.g. ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, SPM, HR, CSM, etc.)
• Experience operating in a Technical Design Authority mode and demonstrable trusted advisor experience
• Ability to demonstrate advanced scripting and integration skills – JavaScript, SQL, API Web Services
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Cloud Infrastructure (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Cloud migration experience (nice to have)
• GenAI experience (nice to have)
• ITILv4 or equivalent Certified (nice to have)
• SC clearance is desirable, or the ability to obtain SC clearance is required

Responsibilities:

• Architect system solutions with ServiceNow to address business challenges
• Provide thought leadership and consultation to stakeholders, including options with pros, cons, and risks
• Manage and lead teams of ServiceNow Developers in a technical management and mentorship capacity
• Identify opportunities to deliver additional value to clients and collaborate with ServiceNow account teams
• Engage in continuous learning and undertake new certifications as needed
