3rd Line Engineer

Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• 3rd line or infrastructure engineering experience
• Background supporting on-premises infrastructure
• Experience with Windows Server
• Experience with VMware
• Experience with storage and backups
• Experience with network/firewall support, including Fortigate or Cisco
• Experience with O365, including Entra, Intune/MDM, AD/Entra, and Exchange Online
• A few years of Azure experience
• Ability to drive and have access to a car due to the site location

Responsibilities:

• Provide BAU support across a primarily on-premises infrastructure
• Support circa 650 users on site
• Work on projects including upgrades, migrations, and installations
• Support Windows, VMware, storage, backups, and networks
• Assist with Azure and M365-related support

You will support circa 650 users across a mix of BAU and project work within a primarily on-premises infrastructure. The role offers a salary of £40,000 to £50,000 DOE.
