1st Line Engineer

Salary: £26,000 - 28,000 per year

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a helpdesk or managed service environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st line diagnosis and resolution, aiming for high first-time fix rates.
• Respond to technical issues via telephone, email, and service portals, escalating when necessary.
• Manage our workload to meet SLAs and customer expectations.
• Log and handle all service tickets accurately throughout their lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with clients through professional and timely support.
• Maintain clear documentation using ticketing systems and knowledge bases.
