About the role: 

The Senior Operations Manager will lead the design and optimization of scalable operational processes across the organization. This role combines process management, cross-functional leadership, and the use of automation and AI to improve efficiency, strengthen operational controls, and support the successful implementation of new business services.

As a Senior Operations Manager, you would be responsible for:

• Designing, documenting, and continuously improving scalable operational processes, workflows, and controls.
• Leading cross-functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency, quality, and performance.
• Analyzing operational metrics to identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting the implementation of new business services and operational frameworks through automation and AI.
• Serving as a subject matter expert for operational processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Training and mentoring team members while promoting operational excellence and best practices.

We would like you to have: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field. 
• 4-6+ years of experience in operations, process management, project management, or another relevant field.
• Strong expertise in process mapping, workflow design, and operational documentation.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional operational initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate performance data into actionable improvements.
• Experience using automation and AI to improve processes, preferably in a regulated or process-driven environment.
• Strong stakeholder-management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
