THE ROLE
Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Controller (m/w/x) für unser Finance Team, der eine Schlüsselrolle in den Bereichen Finanzplanung, Analyse und Berichterstattung übernimmt. In dieser Position sorgst du für Transparenz bei der Ertragslage, unterstützen strategische Entscheidungen und tragen zur Prozessoptimierung bei.
- Erstellung von Budget-, Forecast- und Soll-Ist-Analysen
- Weiterentwicklung des Controlling-Reportings und KPI-Managements
- Aufbereitung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresberichten
- Analyse von Abweichungen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Mitwirkung an strategischen Projekten und Prozessoptimierungen
- Aufbereitung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen, Abweichungsanalysen und Ad hoc-Auswertungen
- Aufbau und Pflege eines Internen Kontrollsystems (IKS)
YOUR PROFILE
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Finance oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im IT Umfeld
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (SAP, MS Dynamics) und BI-Tools
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Zahlenaffinität
- Kommunikationsstärke und proaktive Arbeitsweise
