Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is on the lookout for a Senior Business Analyst – ServiceNow SecOps to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze cybersecurity and security operations processes.
• Gather requirements related to vulnerability response, incident response, and security workflows.
• Work closely with security teams and technical stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into ServiceNow SecOps solutions.
• Support process optimization and automation initiatives.
• Participate in testing, implementation, and user adoption activities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow SecOps.
• Understanding of security operations, vulnerability management, and incident response processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent German (C1) and English.
• EU-based location.
